Editing and sharing quotations and invoices

Edit

Open a quotation or invoice and click Edit. You can edit drafts, sent and partly paid invoices. Fully paid invoices can be edited by owners and admins; payments stay attached. Void invoices and quotations already turned into invoices are locked.

Share a link

Every quotation and invoice has a private shareable link. Click Copy link on the document (or in the list) and paste it anywhere — WhatsApp, Messenger, email or SMS. The client can view, download a PDF and pay (if you added a payment link). Drafts get a link as soon as you click Get shareable link, which marks them as sent.

Use Share on WhatsApp for a ready-written message, Email to send from your business name, or Download PDF to attach the file yourself.
