Recording payments, receipts and reminders
Cash, bank and mobile wallet payments with numbered receipts.
Record a payment
On an invoice, use Payments & receipts. Enter the amount, date and method (cash, bank, card, mobile wallet…) and a reference such as the transaction ID. Partial payments are fine.
Receipts
Every payment gets a numbered receipt you can send by WhatsApp, email or link.
Reminders
- Send a reminder manually by email or WhatsApp from the invoice page.
- Or turn on automatic reminders in Settings: one reminder a few days before the due date, then every few days while overdue.
Customer statements
Open a client and click Statement to send a statement with every invoice, payment and the running balance.
