Products & services catalog
Save what you sell once and pick it from a dropdown on every quotation and invoice.
Open Products & services in the sidebar.
Add items
Click Add product or service. Give it a name, an optional description (printed on documents), a price, currency, tax % and an optional unit (hour, item, month) and SKU.
Use them on quotations and invoices
On every line of a quotation, invoice or recurring invoice there is a Pick a product or service dropdown. Choosing an item fills in the description, price and tax — you can still change anything for that document.
Save as you go
Typed a new item on an invoice? Tick Save new items to Products & services before saving and it is added to your catalog automatically.
Import, export and reports
Import or export the catalog as CSV. The list shows how many times each item has been sold and the revenue it brought in. Archive items you no longer sell to hide them from the dropdown.
