Creating and sending invoices

Create an invoice

Invoices → New invoice. Invoice numbers are automatic (change the prefix in Settings). Add items, quantity, price, tax % per line and an optional discount.

Language and currency

Choose English or Bangla for each invoice. USD is the default currency; you can invoice in BDT, EUR, GBP, INR and more.

Share it

• Share on WhatsApp opens a ready-to-send message with the invoice link.
• Email invoice sends it from your business name.
• Download PDF saves a print-perfect PDF from your browser.

Statuses

Draft → Sent → Partially paid → Paid. Unpaid invoices past the due date show as Overdue. Void cancels an invoice without deleting it.
