CRMGhost is operated by DAPCO Ventures LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data CRMGhost collects and how we use it. Please review and adapt this template with your legal advisor before launch.

Data we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
  • Workspace data: the clients, deals, tasks and invoices you create. This data belongs to you.
  • Billing data: payments are processed by Stripe and EPS. We never see or store your full card or wallet details.
  • Technical data: IP address and basic logs used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide and improve the service, process payments, and send account-related emails. We do not sell your data.

Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt, sessions use secure cookies, payment secrets are encrypted at rest, and every workspace is isolated.

Your rights

You can export your clients and invoices as CSV at any time, and delete your workspace from Settings. Contact us to request a copy of your data.
