Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and DAPCO Ventures LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, which operates CRMGhost.

Using CRMGhost

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for the content you store and the invoices you send.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance. Card subscriptions (USD via Stripe) renew automatically until cancelled. BDT plans (via EPS) are prepaid for the chosen period and do not renew automatically. When a paid period ends, your workspace moves to the Free plan; your data is kept.

Acceptable use

Don't use CRMGhost for unlawful purposes, spam, or to send fraudulent invoices.

Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.
