Understanding your reports

Reports (owners and admins) show:

• Sales (invoiced) and collections (payments received) for any period
• Monthly revenue & collections side by side
• Outstanding by customer, grouped by how overdue it is (not yet due, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+ days) — export it as CSV
• Collections by method — cash, bank, mobile wallets, card
• Top customers and lead sources & conversion
